WILD GOD FALL 2026

THE LIGHT: OCTOBER 2,3,4 - Anderson, IN

An immersive, Christ-centered wilderness gathering designed to help you step away from the noise and meet God where He often speaks most clearly.

Worship under open skies. Gospel-centered teaching. Intentional time in God’s Creation.

WILD GOD exists to help people encounter Jesus and grow deeper in relationship with Him through time in God’s Creation.

This event is not a conference. It’s an invitation to slow down, listen, and be renewed.

What is WILD GOD?

WILD GOD is a multi-day, Christ-centered gathering rooted in Scripture, worship, community, and experiential learning in the outdoors.

Throughout the Bible, God repeatedly met His people in the wilderness. Away from distraction, hearts were shaped, faith was strengthened, and dependence on Him was restored.

WILD GOD creates intentional space for that kind of encounter today.

What to expect.

  • Submerged in Creation

Surround yourself with the awe-inspiring beauty and majesty of God’s wilderness. This setting serves as a foundation for spiritual renewal, transformation, and connection.

  • Worship

Experience powerful worship under the open sky—at an outdoor stage by day and around campfires by night. Sing praises under the stars, surrounded by the wonder of Creation.

  • Outdoor Workshops

Dive into hands-on workshops throughout the weekend. From activities like tree identification and "Worshipful Tea" to fire-starting and insect adventures for kids, these workshops help participants marvel at God’s Creation while fostering a spirit of worship.

  • Solitude

Take intentional time to be alone with God through guided devotions crafted to connect you with His presence in the wild. Slow down, reflect, and listen to His still, small voice in the quiet.

  • Fellowship

Build community with like-minded individuals who share a love for the outdoors and a desire to deepen their faith. Exchange stories, skills, and testimonies in an encouraging environment.

  • Featured Speakers

Hear from 4 inspiring speakers as they share their testimonies and insights on how God speaks and transforms lives in the wilderness.

WILD GOD is for:

  • People seeking deeper faith and clarity

  • Families who want to experience God together

  • Believers longing for quiet, rest, and renewal

  • Anyone who senses God meets them most clearly in Creation

You do not need outdoor experience.
You do not need special gear.
You only need a willingness to step away and seek Him.

Jason and Amanda Hand, the passionate owners of MKONO Farm, believe in the importance of ethical, regenerative farming, raising their Kunekune pigs with care—free from GMOs, hormones, and antibiotics. Their commitment to stewardship aligns perfectly with the mission of WILD GOD, making this meal not only delicious but deeply meaningful.

  • ROOTED: The WILD GOD Trading Quest

ROOTED: The WILD GOD Trading Quest is a one-of-a-kind trading card game created exclusively for kids attending WILD GOD. Each child will receive a starter deck of beautifully illustrated cards featuring biblical characters and faith-based themes, then spend the weekend trading, bartering, and building relationships as they work to complete a rare ROOTED set. With only a few complete sets possible, strategy, generosity, and wise choices matter—and prizes will be awarded on the final day. It’s more than a game; it’s a fun, immersive way for kids to engage Scripture, community, and the heart of WILD GOD in a way they’ll never forget.

  • WILD GOD Prayer Tent

“Hello, how can I pray for you?”

Sometimes, that’s all it takes. The WILD GOD Prayer Tent is a place to ask for prayer and lay heavy burdens down. Our prayer warriors are there to offer more than words—bringing empathy, wisdom, and encouragement rooted in Christ.

Here, strangers become brothers and sisters, the weary find peace, and the weight of life is exchanged for the presence of Jesus. No judgment. No expectations. Just open arms, ready to meet you where you are.

  • WILD GOD Monster Truck Creation Tours

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! This year at WILD GOD, you can tour the beauty of Creation and our wilderness property from the back of a REAL monster truck—the Knight of Destruction!

This custom-built beast is specially outfitted to carry up to 10 passengers and will be giving WILD GOD property tours on Saturday afternoon.

See Creation from a whole new perspective—high above the ground, thundering through the wild, in the back of a monster truck! Don’t miss this wild ride!

  • Gemstone & Fossil Dig

Step into the sand pit and dig into a hands-on adventure where kids become treasure hunters for the day! In this exciting workshop, children will use sifters to uncover real gemstones and fossils—stunning pieces of God’s buried art, hidden just beneath the surface.

From sparkling crystals to ancient marine fossils, each discovery is a reminder that God’s creativity runs deep—literally! Kids will not only get to keep what they find, but also learn fun facts about the treasures they uncover and the One who created them.

  • Animal Track Casting

Discover the design in every step! Welcome to the WILD GOD Track Casting Pit—where kids become wildlife detectives! In this hands-on workshop, children will choose from a variety of real-life animal tracks like raccoon, possum, fox, mountain lion, turkey, and more, then create their very own plaster cast to take home and display.

As they shape each footprint, they’ll also learn how God designed every animal’s feet with purpose—from the padded paws of a predator to the spreading toes of a turkey. It’s more than just making a mold—it’s uncovering the Creator’s intentional design in even the smallest details.

  • WILD GOD Solitude Time

WILD GOD Solitude Time is a dedicated space in the event where adults are invited to step away from the noise and distractions and enter into intentional time alone with the Lord in Creation. While kids are joyfully engaged in guided, creative crafts, adults are given the freedom to slow down, listen, pray, reflect, and rest—creating margin to hear God’s voice and be renewed. This intentional pause is one of the most meaningful and transformative moments of the WILD GOD experience.
