Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, Indemnification Agreement, and Media Release

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

WILD GOD Survival Courses and Events are immersive outdoor experiences designed to teach wilderness survival and outdoor skills and foster spiritual growth through time in nature. Activities may include—but are not limited to—fire building, shelter construction, knife and tool use, hiking, foraging, overnight camping, exposure to the elements, and other physically and emotionally challenging scenarios. These activities carry inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken by instructors or staff.

ASSUMPTION OF INHERENT RISKS

I, the undersigned Adult Participant, or Responsible Adult for the Minor Participant(s), understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with wilderness survival, outdoor activities, and overnight camping, including but not limited to:

• Cuts, scrapes, burns, insect bites, allergic reactions, dehydration, exposure to extreme temperatures, and wildlife encounters
• Physical strain, exhaustion, and injury from hiking, lifting, building, or navigating uneven terrain
• Accidents involving tools, fire, cooking, or natural hazards (including falling branches, uneven ground, poison ivy, and similar conditions)
• Mental or emotional stress due to the challenging nature of survival training, solitude, or outdoor environments
• Remote locations that may delay emergency medical response
• Risk of serious injury, permanent disability, or death

I understand that these risks may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, the condition of the premises or equipment used, or the unpredictable forces of nature.

I voluntarily choose to participate—or allow the Minor Participant(s) to participate—in this course or event and assume full responsibility for any and all risks involved.

WILD GOD EXPERIENCE 2025 – SPECIFIC WORKSHOPS & ACTIVITIES

I acknowledge and agree that participation in the WILD GOD Event includes additional workshops, activities, and experiences beyond those generally described above. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Outdoor wilderness skills workshops such as fire-starting, shelter building, tree identification, animal track casting, charcoal art, herbal salve making, shepherd sling construction and use, boomerang throwing, gemstone and fossil digging, and fly fishing instruction (beginner and advanced)
• Children’s activities including nature crafts, Creation-themed games, fossil and gemstone digs, and other outdoor play or exploration
• Large-group experiences such as praise and worship around campfires, prayer tent ministry, solitude time, and speaker presentations
• Fellowship meals and food preparation, including outdoor cooking, food service, and the Whole Hog Pig Roast
• Property tours and rides, including but not limited to Monster Truck Creation Tours and other motorized vehicle experiences

I understand that participation in these workshops and activities carries additional risks, including but not limited to burns, cuts, projectile injuries, insect stings, allergic reactions, food-borne illness, slips, trips, falls, water-related hazards, injury from tools or equipment, and risks associated with riding in or on motorized vehicles.

By signing this agreement, I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that the Waiver of Liability, Indemnification Agreement, Medical Authorization, and all other provisions of this document apply fully to all workshops, activities, and experiences offered during the WILD GOD Event.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & RELEASE

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the WILD GOD Survival Course or Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Tadpole Investment Properties, WILD GOD, Creek Stewart, Killbuck Golf Plus LLC, its founders, staff, instructors, volunteers, landowners, affiliates, sponsors, or other participants (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained while participating in, traveling to or from, or being present at the course or event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities (including attorney’s fees) brought as a result of my participation or the participation of the Minor Participant(s) for whom I am responsible.

MEDICAL & EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION

I certify that I (or the Minor Participant(s)) am physically fit and capable of participating in outdoor survival activities. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions and understand that it is my responsibility to manage any such conditions. I give permission to the organizers to provide or arrange for emergency medical care if deemed necessary, and I accept full financial responsibility for any treatment, transportation, or related expenses.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant full permission to WILD GOD and its agents to photograph, video record, and audio record me (or the Minor Participant(s)) during the event, and to use these materials for any lawful marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes in print, online, or broadcast format without further compensation or approval.

LEGAL JURISDICTION & SEVERABILITY

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located within the State of Indiana. If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

I have read this waiver and release of liability in its entirety and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue. I sign this agreement freely and voluntarily and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent permitted by law.
