WILD GOD Conference
SPRING 2026
EXACT DATE TBD
Step away from the noise and step into an atmosphere designed to help you encounter God through the themes of wilderness and Creation, held inside during the winter months. The WILD GOD Indoor Conference is a family-friendly weekend (ages 6 & up) filled with Christ-centered teaching, powerful worship, and practical sessions that connect outdoor survival principles with everyday faith.
Through stories from the field, Creation-focused devotionals, and hands-on, indoor-friendly workshops, we’ll explore how God uses challenge, discomfort, and “wilderness seasons” to draw us closer to His heart. You’ll leave refreshed, equipped, and inspired to meet God in the wild places of your own life—whether that’s a forest trail, your backyard, or your daily routine.
Bring your family, your questions, and your hunger for more of Him. This is your invitation to slow down, listen for His voice, and discover how the Creator still speaks through His creation today.

A Feast Under the Stars:
The Wild God Bonfire Brat Feast
One of the most memorable moments of the WILD GOD weekend will be our Bonfire Brat Feast—a simple, hearty, open-fire meal designed for fellowship, laughter, and connection. Instead of a formal dinner setting, we’ll gather outdoors around a campfire, letting the glow of the flames and the fresh evening air create a space where community comes alive.
For this special night, we’ve partnered once again with MKONO Farm, a local Indiana farm known for their 100% pasture-raised Kunekune heritage pork. Jason and Amanda Hand raise their pigs with care and conviction—free from GMOs, hormones, and antibiotics. Their commitment to sustainable, regenerative farming produces pork with unbelievable flavor and deep integrity. When you taste these brats, you’ll know exactly what we mean.
This dinner isn’t about fancy plates or elaborate presentation. It’s about family, fire, and fellowship—the kind of meal where everyone pulls up a chair, passes the serving bowls, and enjoys the simple goodness of food cooked over open flames.
The Wild God Menu
Open-Fire Brats from MKONO Farm – Juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection over live coals
Simple Campfire Sides – A rotating selection of rustic favorites like baked beans, seasoned potatoes, or fresh slaw
Chips & Fixings – Easy, crowd-pleasing additions
Buns & Condiments – Build your own brat your way
Every WILD GOD attendee is invited to this laid-back meal—where we’ll share stories from the day, swap trail wisdom, and reflect on how God has moved throughout the weekend. With the crackle of the fire and the sky overhead, it’s a moment to breathe deeply, connect deeply, and give thanks together.
This isn’t just dinner. It’s fellowship by fire—simple, honest, and full of God’s goodness.
Sometimes, an experience comes along that changes the course of your life.

The WILD GOD Prayer Team
“Hello, how can I pray for you?”
Sometimes that simple question opens the door for God to move in powerful ways. Throughout the entire WILD GOD weekend, our Prayer Team—a group of trusted, compassionate prayer warriors—will be available to walk with you, listen to you, and lift you up in prayer.
They are not counselors, judges, or fixers. They are brothers and sisters in Christ who carry a heart for intercession and a passion to see people set free. Whether you’re overwhelmed, grateful, searching, hurting, or simply needing someone to stand with you, this team is here for you.
Across the weekend—after sessions, during worship, in quiet corners, or whenever the Holy Spirit nudges—you’ll find members of the Prayer Team ready to offer empathy, wisdom, and Spirit-led encouragement. Many have walked through their own wilderness seasons and bring the kind of compassion that can only come from experience with Jesus.
This ministry is a safe place.
A place where burdens are surrendered.
A place where healing begins.
A place where the peace of Christ replaces the weight we’ve been carrying.
If you need prayer at any point during the weekend, simply come. No pressure. No expectations. Just open hearts, ready to meet you where you are and bring your needs before the Lord.

WILD GOD Kid Safety & Supervision Guidelines
Saturday Afternoon Kids Workshops
Our goal is to ensure that every child in our care is safe, accounted for, and supervised at all times while parents enjoy their solitude time. These simple guidelines will help us achieve that.
Check-In / Check-Out
A parent or guardian must sign their child in at the start of the kids’ rotation.
Only the same parent/guardian who checked them in may check them out at the end.
No child leaves without a volunteer confirming the pickup adult.
Supervision
Maintain line-of-sight supervision at all times — no child should ever be alone.
At least two volunteers should be present in each workshop station or group activity area.
Kids move from station to station as a group, led by a volunteer, never on their own.
There will be a Porta-Potty at the Kids are for use by children at that location.
Boundaries
Kids must remain inside the designated kids’ activity area at all times, except for when escorted by 2 volunteers to the Fossil/Gemstone Dig Site.
Volunteers will clearly mark and communicate the boundaries (tape, cones, rope, or visual markers).
Bathroom trips: A volunteer will escort a group or pair of kids to the restroom and wait outside the door until all return. A Porta-Potty will be located at the Kids Area.
The Kids Ministry Leads are Megan Stewart (a First Grade Teacher at The Classical Academy in Fishers, IN and Creek’s Mom (the most awesome Mom and Grandma and a retired teacher and guidance counselor).
Headcounts
Do a headcount:
Before leaving a station & when arriving at the next stationAnytime a group returns from the bathroom
Keep a written list of names with check marks for each count.
Health & Emergencies
If a child is injured or becomes upset, notify the Kids Ministry Lead immediately.
For anything beyond basic first aid, contact parents & event staff, or call 911. We will have a first aid station on site.
All volunteers should know the location of the nearest first aid kit.
Interaction Standards
Physical contact should be limited to safety-related assistance (helping with tools, preventing falls, etc.) and side hugs or high-fives.
No rough play, teasing, or inappropriate jokes.
If a conflict between kids arises, address it calmly and involve the Kids Ministry Lead.
